To sing a different tune from last year, and while the depression lingers within, I am ever excited for spring so that I can be planting, weeding, and watching my beloved garden grow and expand. A short post today to show garden work so far since late March, both potted and in-ground – with labels! The pear and paw paw trees have those rad new anti-deer cages that I handmade using chicken wire, zipties, and multiple blood sacrifices. 🥲 (Note, there is more to my garden, but these were the best looking plants right now!) I will share another progress picture later in April when more plants are in-ground and blooming! Then another progress picture in June!
