[Day 3] Breakfast at Boulangerie du Champ de Mars

This morning we arose at an eye-cracking, grouch-inducing hour of 6:30am because we needed to get to our Giverny Gardens tour guide by 7:45am and we were walking there plus wanting a bite to eat. It was really refreshing to see the streets less full and the general business of people getting ready for their day and the cool air all the way to the meeting point. Thankfully it was not raining but we had our rain coats on because it was forecasted to later on. We reached the meeting point at Boulangerie du Champ de Mars at 7:30 (25 mins of walking) and since we had time before the guide would arrive, we got some breakfast from said café. Today we decided to try the flan and a standard croissant. The flan was absolutely massive but so much creamy goodness, I nearly forgot to take a picture because I was so hungry. The croissant was also very good but the flan definitely made me reach for my journal.
