We followed our Eiffel Tower tour with a boat tour of the Seine River which is notably seen very often in Paris. It was, of course, still raining, but we were thankful for the covered boat and heaters at ankle height! The only disadvantage is that several photos are blocked by raindrops. Our boat tour was with a private guide, Edmund. He had an engaging manner of speaking, and was quite knowledgeable. It was an intimate tour and I appreciated it greatly after the bustling Eiffel Tower environment. You better believe that if I see horses anywhere, I’ll be taking pictures of them. Since I won’t be recapping everything that Edmund shared with us, I have added captions for the sculptures below. In regard to the repairs ongoing for Notre Dame, it was very impressive to see the massive scaffolding, cranes, and diligent work being done. I mentioned Assassins Creed Unity and how I work at Ubisoft and Edmund said he had played a few of the games. It was a pleasant exchange!
