So, we found the cutest house for sale and the night we saw it in person was the night I knew I wanted to live there. It’s a 3 bed, 3 bath, with a pretty back yard – 2 stories and a beautiful sitting porch both in front and back. The space just spoke to me immediately upon entering. Viewing the entirety of the house just sweetened my sense of home. We drew up all the papers signed our offer and sent it in! I’m hoping they accept our offer. I’m so excited and terrified at the same time. Maybe we offered too little? Maybe our earnest money isn’t enough? The housing market is so saturated with buyers and not enough sellers that we’re competing against a lot of other offers. Our realtor is absolutely amazing, but the house offer is really down to the person making it. I wanted to share pictures of the house so you can see what all my buzz is about!
