The Turnip Bellbag project was completed last week. Excuse the blemishes and some deeper than intended crevices, my smoother (rubbing alcohol) wasn’t the correct % to melt the Sculpey enough. The turnip bellbag represents what Animal Crossing profit seems to derive from especially after certain bug spawns have been reduced.
Danielle, a coworker, suggested a co-op art project concept to visualize the “Stalk Market” from Animal Crossing New Horizons in a new way. Her 2D interpretation of the project concept was to create turnip coins, and mine was a 3D sculpted turnip bellbag. 🙂 Check our work out below!
